What is Willumsen Copenhagen?
Willumsen Copenhagen is a Danish knife and tool brand founded by award-winning designer Mikkel Willumsen. Every product is designed in Copenhagen with over 30 years of expertise in blade design, combining Scandinavian minimalism with rugged functionality.
Where are Willumsen knives made?
All Willumsen knives are designed in Copenhagen, Denmark. Manufacturing partners are carefully selected for their expertise in precision blade production and quality control.
Are your knives legal to carry?
Knife laws vary by country, state, and municipality. It is your responsibility to know and comply with local regulations regarding knife ownership, carry, and transport. We recommend checking your local laws before purchasing.
Orders & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide from Denmark. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
EU orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. International orders outside the EU may take 10–20 business days depending on customs processing in your country.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with EU consumer rights. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Please contact hello@willumsen-cph.com to initiate a return.
Do your knives come with a warranty?
Yes. All Willumsen knives carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, misuse, and modifications are not covered. Contact us with your order number and photos of any defect.

What steel do you use?
Our standard line uses premium stainless steel optimised for edge retention, corrosion resistance, and ease of maintenance. Specific steel grades are listed on each product page.
How should I care for my knife?
Hand wash and dry your knife after each use. Store in the included sheath. Apply a light coat of mineral oil to the blade periodically, especially if storing for extended periods. Do not put your knife in the dishwasher.
Can I customise my order?
