Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders ship from Copenhagen, Denmark. We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Denmark: 2–4 business days
  • EU & EEA: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
  • United States & Canada: 10–18 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Willumsen Copenhagen has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer rights.

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at hello@willumsen-cph.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Warranty

Every Willumsen Copenhagen knife is backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

To make a warranty claim, contact us at hello@willumsen-cph.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess the claim and offer repair, replacement, or a store credit at our discretion.
